Part-Time Administrative Planning and Logistics Support (Dutch Speaking)

We are looking for a part-time administrative planning and logistics support to join our team in Borsbeek, Belgium!  Your #1 goal will be to assist the 

Logistics and Production Planner in administrative support for our Operations department.  In addition, you will work closely with the operations lead, team leaders, and logistics operators. We are looking for someone who can work part time 2 days a week (ideally Monday and Thursday) for 16 hours per week.  This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail oriented and analytical professional who wants be part of something truly revolutionary!

What you will do:

• Interact with the operational team to double check planning and confirm executions.
• Maintain Input and creation of production orders in ERP system.
• Maintain the input of PO in ERP.
• Create and complete the input of supplier profiles.
• Create production overviews out of the ERP system.

• You speak fluent Dutch and English
• You are available 2 days a week (ideally Monday and Thursday) for 16 hours a week.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
• Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of logistics, document handling and previous administration experience is a plus;
